The transmission on my car was hesitating while shifting so I went to Stan's Transmission for an analysis. Keith was very professional and used some very high tech gear to analyze the problem which he said was nothing to be concerned about, given the age of my car. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Excellent service!
I received the most incredible customer service today at Stan's. I don't know much about transmission issues. I could easily be taken for a large repair bill by an shady repair shop but Stan's is not like that at all. I witnessed first hand Stan's is an repair shop based on Integrity. I was blown away by the honesty and service by the Manager who advised me I didn't have a tranny issue after all. We had our transmission replaced at Stan’s once, and the whole experience was smooth from the very first phone call. The second time, I went by myself (knowing nothing about cars) because I was worried something felt off. Keith helped me out, he checked my car, took it for a quick drive, ran a scan, and didn’t charge me a thing. I even tried to pay, but he wouldn’t let me! He was lovely and kind, and everyone in the reception area would greet you kindly always. Thank you, guys!
Had Stan's put a new clutch in my mazda 3 and did a full service on my f150 with a new trans cooler and leadframe. They are fantastic shop to work with, I would recommend them to anyone that needs transmission work.
