I was referred to Stans by a Virginia Beach business that did similar work but turned me down as being too difficult. Stans took me in without reservation, and performed the work effieciently and professionally. They even fixed a wheel alignment problem that Treadquarters said they couldnt fix. The price was fair and the staff were friendly. Highly recommended/
My husband and I use Stans all the time. So do the Virginia State Troopers (I see the trooper cars getting worked on whenever I am there). I am able to walk in, request work,and they do it while I wait - without an appointment. The prices for oil changes/tire rotations are cheaper than the dealer or Jiffy Lube. Once, when I thought I had a flat tire, I went to Stans. They check all four tires for damage and checked the pressure, put air in the tires and did not charge me anything. This place is horrible. They overcharged me and did a shotty job on the installation. If your gonna charge high prices at least do good work. They replaced my exhaust system from the muffler back and mounted the pipe so close to my spare tire theres a good chance that the tire might melt or catch fire. Also one of the anchor supports clanks up against my leaf springs when I hit a bump. At first I thought the back end of my vehicle was failing apart until I figured out what it was. I had to grind off a end of the mount to fix... read more
