I took my mother in laws golf cart in for a battery replacement and "tune up". When I picked it up and trailered it home it would surge and only run at a fast walk speed. The owner "Mike" told Me I would have to return it to the shop to be checked out. I told him it was over 70 miles one way to bring it back and he said " that's the cost of living in weiser".
