Honestly, you don't even deserve a star. recently brought my wedding ring in and you had it for over two months!!!! It needed the head replaced and some baguettes added in on the sides. Not a single person reached out to me. I had to call every time I wanted to find out the status of what was going on with my ring. Terrible Customer Experience!!! We took a ring there to ask about the price we could get, well we went home to think about it. When we went back, they dropped the price a hundred plus dollars for it. We were recommended this place by Al and Arlene, people we know. I would never go there again
