What can I say?!! My 1995 Mustang GT failed the DEQ Test Station. My normal Hydrocarbons have always been normal on the test and 220 is the limit. This time I failed because the Hydrocarbons shot up to 823!!!!! I'd been getting bad gas mileage the check engine light would come on when I accelerated up hills but went off eventually and I kept on passing DEQ no problem but not this year.
