You never have to worry about "add-on" charges - if they find something that could either be expensive or that they weren't initially aware of, they will always call you first to recommend the best route to take. Stan's offers EXPERIENCE AND HONESTY - traits that are hard to come by these days.
I visited the shop by seeing reviews. My vehicle has indicator flickering issue for one of the indicator, I explained very well. They ask me to drop vehicle and come next day, when I visited they handover my vehicle by changing the headlight instead of indicator. When, I start the vehicle I was able to see the issue was persist. But still, that mechanic committed me, it will gonna be okay once you start driving. I am in awe of the customer service, effiency and all around honesty provided by Stan's. I was referred to him when I was having issues with my car and he got me in the next day, diagnosed my problem within 3 hours of dropping it off and fixed the issue by the next day. He even identified another issue on a part that I believed I had under warranty at another shop and provided me with photo and video proof to bring back to the other shop to state my case - all for something he would make no money on me for! We are more than pleased with the work done on our Tahoe by Stan's. Our A/C went out while traveling to St. Louis from out of state and Stan's was able to fit us in before a long 4th of July weekend. We can't tell you how thankful we were to find someone in the area that could help us and keep us comfortable for the hot weekend and our trip back home. Thanks!
