She blasted my ear with water after her nurse had been doing it, without checking if there was wax inside. I told her it hurt the first time and she said that’s Because you moved away from me then she proceeded to blast it again without checking inside my ear. Now my ear drum is damaged I can’t hear properly. Won’t be going back

One star is already a big compliment!!!!! I had a deeply disappointing experience at this medical practice. I had bad experiences from the first moment but to give them more chances I continued to go to them but it was useless . The office was disorganized, with long wait times and poor communication.
