I’m writing to express my disappointment with the service I experienced when trying to book a HIFU appointment. • Phone system: I repeatedly tried to call, but the phone system would Cape cutting me off • Incorrect booking: When I finally reached someone, I was booked in for a GP appointment instead of HIFU—despite clearly requesting HIFU. • Wasted trip: I travelled 45 minutes one way only to be told the HIFU machine was being repaired and unavailable.
When I first visited this clinic, I was impressed by how kind and friendly the doctor was. I've been going there ever since. Even if you make an appointment, you have to wait quite a while, but that's because the doctor takes her time with each patient and examines them very carefully. There is only one doctor at the clinic and the opening hours are long, so I'm sure she's tired, but she always has a smile on her face, which I find very comforting. She blasted my ear with water after her nurse had been doing it, without checking if there was wax inside. I told her it hurt the first time and she said that’s Because you moved away from me then she proceeded to blast it again without checking inside my ear. Now my ear drum is damaged I can’t hear properly. Won’t be going back
