Kris Singh installed our new Stannah stairlift. Kris did a great job in installing our chair. Kris took the time to explain all the features of the chair. He also showed us how to troubleshoot the chair in case of an error message. This chair will make my mothers life easier and more comfortable. We thank Kris for his great customer service.

I called Stannah because my chairlift needed service. They sent Chris who came prepared with the part in his hand to fix the chair on 5/5/26. He was knowledgeable and efficient. Chris knows what he is doing.

This review is specifically for Kris Singh. Mr. Singh helped my Mother-in-Law with her stairclimber. Not only very helpful and knowledgeable about the product he also helped her with her warranty and maintenance plan. She has raved about his services for a week now. Thank you Mr Singh for making an unpleasant experience easier for my MIL.

Kris was great. Arrived on time. Was very knowledgeable and professional!!! Knew exactly what was wrong with my stair chair and had it fixed in short order. Also checked the entire system before leaving. I would highly recommend Stannah chair lift!

We reinstalled my mother’s chairlift. The old model was 17 years old that we had from my father. Stannah was willing to rework the old unit. They were not pushy to upgrade to a newer costly model. The installer Kris Singh had to fix an issue we were having. Instead of replacing the motor he was able to find a more reasonable solution. Kris was friendly and professional. My mother was very pleased and insisted I leave him a good review!
