I am 57 & suffering from severe spinal stenosis. I was no longer able to climb the stairs. As a result, I was unable to see my elderly mom for over a month. I felt trapped in my apartment & couldn’t get outside either. We decided to get a stairlift from Stannah! I was so excited! Jose came to install it for us. He was a quick worker. Kudos to service technician KRIS SINGH !! Kris showed up on time, was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Kris corrected the service challenge and took the time to explain the cause of the service challenge and what he did to correct it . Thank you Kris and keep up the good work for Stannah.. J.L.

From the first person I talked to until the last person I spoke to they were all very nice and polite. Leron Gerge came on time and installed the stairlift in the time frame he told me. He explained everything while showing how it works at the same time. Then he asked me to have a seat and explained it again as i was working it. He answered all of my questions.
