Very hateful when I called with questions as a 15 year costumer. Found same coverage elsewhere and saved 895 per year. They also tried to double charge my account without my consent after their system was down from a cyber attack.
Do not work with chip. He lied when i was planning on trading my car about the difference in my insurance. Also lied about the renewal difference. I went from 340 expecting to be at 380 with the new car because i had to trade. To now 500s. That is not something anyone appreciated. I requested a quote for Erie insurance they forwarded to a rep at stanly insurance who contacted next day wanting info ,which I sent . Then they wanted more info ,then more multiple emails requesting more info about conditions of my home, dogs etc , drivers license ,ages names , on and on after I had already given all this to Erie and received my quote already then I didn’t hear back for almost week.
