Injected skinvive into my face and did a bad job. Left a horseshoe in my face and claimed she did not see it weeks later. She used RF on that side anyway. I left and as I was driving I noticed it helped a tiny bit but now it looked different from the other side so I had to drive back and ask her to do the other side. She was never really nice to me in the first place but very rude and clearly unprofessional at this point.
Everyone is wonderful! Love coming to see Lori and crew they are so nice and helpful!
The initial communication was great. responses were quick, and the staff seemed very accommodating. After I inquired about availability, I chose a date and time that worked for me from the options provided. I was then asked to share my email, phone number, and full name, which I promptly did.
