Originally thought John was closed! Pleasantly surprised to find he’s still open and working up a storm. My windshield wipers went wonky, and John was able to figure it out and fix it issue with no problems. Next month, onto the next thing.

John got me back in business in less than one business day which was incredible. He is extremely personable and an expert with Lexus.
