Called Stanley’s to take a look at our old slide in range that had stopped working (at the most inconvenient time). Given its age I was sure we were going to have to rush to buy a new oven. Mr Stanley gave a thorough consultation over the phone to save me the time and call out fee, and confirmed it could be fixed for a fraction of the price of a new stove (very reasonable rates)!
