I recently made an appt to see Dr. Tu as a first time patient. I got an appointment to see him within a week. I made a follow up appointment for 2 weeks later without an issue. I actually just had to cancel that one, but got a new appointment for the week after. I'm not quite sure why others have had such a hard time? It IS true that sometimes the hold time on the phone to get a live person to make an appointment takes time.
