Awesome customer service cheap prices would recommend them too everyone
This initially seemed like a good deal. But the units are not waterproof so lots of mold will occur. Also they raise the rate every single month.
Put everything in writing. Lock all your cubbies. Block your spot when you leave, so when you come back, there won't be another RV illegally parked in your spot. Management finally found a solution a week later, I give them credit for that.
If you live in the Seneca area and have an item you would like for someone to steal, rent a unit at the Stanley Storage Facility in Seneca on Richland Rd. and you won't have to wait long for it to disappear. I rented a unit in August because the facility looked new, it was surrounded by a sturdy looking fence, had a gate that you had to use your personal code to get into, had surveillance cameras, and was reasonably priced.
