My vents haven't been cleaned in years. I have allergies and a heart condition now and breathing cleaner air is important to me.The techs were careful, courteous, and thorough. They went over each step with understandable examples of what they were doing and why. They also explained why adding the Proformance Duel lamp to the furnace would be helpful for someone who has seasoal breathing issues as it help to keep the air cleaner from allergens. Jose was very polite. He described beforehand what he was going to work on. He was very thorough and I was extremely pleased when I saw the results of his great work. I will always remember to ask for Jose‘s service because of the polite and thorough job he did of cleaning and his attention to what I would like to have accomplished.
Taejah was on time, very personable, polite, and professional. She did an excellent job pre-treating and cleaning our carpet. Taejah was very detailed oriented too :)
