They came in and cleaned our carpets in such a quick time. Our appointment was scheduled for a Saturday between 12-5. They ended up showing up right at 12 and were done by 12:45. Will definitely be using their services every 6 months.
I don't know how well they clean carpets, but they were just at my neighbor's house and flooded my yard with the dirty water. If you like your neighbors, don't call these guys!
The technicians arrived on time and were very helpful and polite. I was able to add an extra area to be cleaned and was also given a discount on the original area, which was over the square footage considered to be one area. I was very satisfied with the cleaning. This is the second time I have used Stanley Steemer for my carpet cleaning.
Ryan and Josh arrived, set up, and finished the job in less than an hour. Everything looks spotless! They were able to remove several stained areas on our berber carpet. I was very pleased with the service, price, and results. We will definitely use them again.
