Our carpets were cleaned 2 yrs ago by someone else. I could tell my carpets weren't going to look, clean once dry. They weren't, and all stains remained. Waste of money. Got Stanley Steemer this time and I knew right away they were clean!! What a terrific job they did! ALL stains...gone. Carpet looks like new and not expensive! I've used another company for many years but I decided to try Stanley Steemer after learning they are allergy friendly & I'm chemical sensitive. The young man who came to my location was super polite & very professional. Obviously knew what he was doing. He worked very hard! When he showed me his finished work I almost fell down!
