Absolutely horrible job. Crew captain puffed up his chest to deny he did a horrible job and wouldn’t redo his work. Franchise “manager” isn’t any better and makes excuses for their people and how amazing their equipment is (supposedly). Carpet still smelled like dog even after claiming they did the deodorize treatment. Never finished the job and is claiming they completed the work! Corporate isn’t any better. Horrible customer service. Lied to me about calling his manager. I went out to check on him and they had left!!!!
We have scheduled 3x with Stanley. They give us a “window” of arrival....2-6pm; 12-4pm, etc. they never during their window. I had to cancel because it was after hours, or on a Saturday. Ridiculous way to run a business. We not be fooled a 4th time....calling another company.
