Very bad experience! Unprofessional right from the start when they failed to locate my home, canceled my appointment (without calling me). I called their "office" and listened to childish excuses. Rescheduled the next day and when they finished, the nozzle operator left the machine's nozzle (still on) over a spot on the carpet for 5 minutes. After the carpet had dried on the next day, I found a mark on the carpet where the nozzle had set for 5 minutes! I immediately called them demanding it be fixed and they scheduled an app... read more
