Very satisfied customer!!! Hired the company to clean the carpet in my study room, which is about a 12x12 room. Having 4 boys with the same carpet, having never been professionally cleaned in 7yrs, you can just imagine what the carpet looked like. OMG!!! Robert and his trainee were amazing!! Robert takes such pride in his work and it shows. They completely rejuevenated the carpet compared to what it was. This company scheduled me twice for service and canceled my service without notification. I called the 800 number and it's like they do communicate with the stores before scheduling. Very upset almost customer.
