They showed up on time, were very courteous and professional, and did a great job at a reasonable price. Will definitely call them again
I had a bad experience with the Cranberry Twp representative. The operator on the phone, told me that the technician would not clean a carpet if he felt the stains would not come out. The technician did anyway even though afterward he said nothing would remove nail polish (he saw the nail polish before he cleaned it). He charged me for the room cleaning anyway. My coupon was not honored and the technician was arrogant, disrespectful, and had anger issues.
