Stanley Steamer gave me an appointment to come and clean my carpet between 12pm to 5pm! So at 10:45 am, I had an errand to run and would have definitely been back home by 12...I received a message on my cell at 10:55am saying that they were on their way then...so, I IMMEDIATELY called them back to let them know that there was no way I could get back before 12, but I would be back before my appointment time! Our carpets were not cleaned only the walking area. Furniture was not moved. We paid 169.00 under the impression our carpets would be cleaned. When I called I was told they did not move furniture. So I basically paid to get two empty rooms cleaned. Will not use them again. Very disappointed could have rented a carpet machine and did it myself. So 35 mins. For 169.00 not a good deal.
