Great service, looks amazing
I want to begin with how wonderful Patty was to speak to and the crew she dispatched to my father’s house , did a wonderful job… I immediately called for service in my home and WOW… not the same experience! The crew scuffed baseboards and left spots in the main living room. Called Patty and the owner was suppose to follow up after I sent photos. Crickets… I held off on posting a review but apparently it’s up to me to repaint baseboard damage and had to schedule a different carpet cleaning company to come clean what Stanley s... read more
They give a 3 hour window to show up. Called me 40 mins after their said window saying they were a "little behind". To me that means they knew at least a half hour before the scheduled time they would be late and didn't bother to call. Terrible service before ever even getting to my house. No thanks.
They did an awesome job on our carpets
I had them clean my carpets and now have brown spots, and they won't return my calls or respond to my messages. Nice workers but not happy with finished product.
