They give a 3 hour window to show up. Called me 40 mins after their said window saying they were a "little behind". To me that means they knew at least a half hour before the scheduled time they would be late and didn't bother to call. Terrible service before ever even getting to my house. No thanks.
They did an awesome job on our carpets
I had them clean my carpets and now have brown spots, and they won't return my calls or respond to my messages. Nice workers but not happy with finished product.
We had our 22-year-old motorhome carpet cleaned last week. I try to freshen it up every few years since we do travel with two dogs. When we purchased the coach used, it came with stains in the carpet and over the years, we have added to the stains - all of which no matter how many times we have had it cleaned, no company has ever been able to remove.
