Had a lovely experience with my appointment. The technicians were all smiles, very kind and gracious, did a fantastic job. They were very cautious and respectful with our furniture, and I was surprised that it was not as noisy as I'd expected. They were very thorough and had me double check to see if there were any areas I wanted them to go over again, before they finished. I'm definitely going to use this service again, and next time for my vinyl flooring as well.

We had a hot water tank explode in the middle of the night and flood our 1st floor and into the basement in Northfield, Ohio. My insurance company setup a visit with Stanley Steemer water restoration service and they arrived within 2 hours. 2 great workers arrived, very professional, and started the cleanup process. They did an amazing job, very understanding and amazing work ethic. Installed some fans to dry out the basement and came back the next day to inspect. A+ all the way. Thank you.
