I typically scrub our floors myself but decided to give this a try. BIG mistake! Floors were worse when they were done and I ended up having to scrub them myself. Received a call from Adam in Virginia after I complained to the local office manager and sent pictures. His offer to fix the poor job that was done was to send a crew back out to scrub again. I didn't want to waste another day off waiting on their guys only to have to risk having to scrub the floors again myself. Do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake.
