He did an awesome awesome job. He took his time and did an excellent cleaning on my sofa and couch very polite very friendly, couldn't ask for a better person to do to do the job that he did.

Upon making an appointment, I received a 5 hour time line in which they would show up. I dreaded having to wait all afternoon for someone to show up and clean the carpets in my house. He not only showed up early, but emailed me that he was on his way. Very considerate ! When he arrived, on time mind you, he was very polite and knowledgeable about the job to be done as well as the end results.
