Your service representative did an excellent job of saving my sofa, thought it was a lost cause. This cleaning brought it back to life. It looks bright and smells fresh.
We have used SS for our carpet cleaning for many years and the service person, Jose, did the very best job ever in our opinion. He is highly recommended. One minor suggestion though, please bring a piece of cardboard to put under the engine area of the truck to catch possible drips of oil.
Buyer beware. I had my carpet shampooed and I was not happy with the result. I bought a Bissell shampooer and cleaned my own carpet. The water came out FILTHY!!! Save your money and do it yourself!!!
