Sanitation is life with little ones. 👩👦👦 Due to having small children, I believe quarterly carpet and sectional cleaning are essential. 🙌 The beds 🛏️ and shower/tub 🚿 are cleaned on an annual basis. Simple, straight forward, agreed upon quote in hand... immediately started the up charging! Awful business model, won't use again and will spread the word to anyone else interested to take their money elsewhere.
I scheduled to get my sectional cleaned because our dog puked on the couch. They cleaned and applied protectant spray in less then 40 minutes. While most of the couch looks good, there are still multiple stains and the spot still smells like puke. Not worth $215.
Always love the magic they do with my carpet, rugs, tile, and linoleum. Ask for Charlie Myer!
