Demetrius did an excellent job cleaning my sofa and chair. Frankly, I didn’t think he would be able to get it so clean. It looks like new. Demetrius came in with a friendly positive attitude. He worked quickly and cleaned up the water that got on the floor. Great worker. Great guy.
Less than one Star. No show after 3 reminders and confirmations. Left me in a lurch for my upcoming renters. Changed my appointment day of after I made it a month ago without even contacting me.
I would not recommend Stanley steamer. Dimitry the manager and the person who did my carpet completely ruined it..then tried to blame me and say it’s because i walked On it ( meanwhile i wasnt Even home) why would I walk on my carpet if you told me not to? I wanted to see results but instead he ended up making it worse than it was before. it’s a shame there are scammer companies out there. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
