Lance was great! Very professional. He got all stains/ smells out of the sofa and love seat. The deodorization method used was phenomenal! I love the citrus smell. Lance also gave great instructions for upkeep of the couch.
I contacted Stanley Steemer with short notice about shampooing carpet in a few rooms, a hallway and entryway and they were able to fit me in for the next day. Their technician Robert, was very professional and knowledgeable about various services offered by Stanley Steemer that I inquired about. But, most importantly, he did an excellent job removing problem stains from my carpet and cleaning the high traffic areas. Will contact them again soon for another service. AAA++++
