Allen was terrific. He made sure that everything was well protected and did an excellent job of cleaning and deodorizing my carpet. He explained a program for me that would allow me the once a year cleaning that I always do since I have dogs, but for a lower price than what I was already paying for the current cleaning , I will be able to get three more cleanings per year to keep the carpet fresh
