February 14, 2026 Erik did a fabulous cleanup of the bedroom. The mattress was cleaned and all the tile. The chair was cleaned. The germs and residue was erased with the work effort of Erik. Thank you kindly!
The bathroom tiles needed cleaning and the shower was garbage due to renter neglect. I asked if the men could see if the shower was salvageable and it is absolute perfection!! The floors are like new.
