Allen was great! He explained the process clearly, gave me realistic expectations about drying time, and even offered their membership without being pushy. The carpets in my living room, dining room, bedroom, and hallways look fantastic — he worked efficiently and was professional the entire time. It’s been about seven years since my last cleaning, and this visit reminded me why it’s worth doing regularly. I’ll definitely consider the membership next time after seeing how good everything turned out!

We've used Stanley over a decade after trying others. We wound up last today, but always professional, do an excellent job despute old & need new carpet.
