Favian was very professional, friendly, and competent. He listened and communicated well, and the carpets look amazing!
Very satisfied with our first experience with Stanley Steamer. Worker Zach was amazing to work with and Will with the communication was amazing. Our power has been out so kept having to reschedule but they made it happen with their diesel truck! Thanks again! Will definitely be recommending to our family and friends!

John is a nice guy, but the mat that they bring in has other people‘s dog hair on it and after the carpets have dried, the musty smell and the dog smell in the carpets and on the stairs is still present. I paid for the extra deodorizer and deep cleaning. I’m not sure if the water just can’t get hot enough or the cleaners don’t get deep enough. I will need to spend extra time on them with my Hoover I have at home. I paid extra for the special deodorizer so that seems like a waste of money. It was nearly $500 for a staircase, ... read more
