Both Cliff and Marcus were professional and kind. They explained everything they were doing and listened to my concerns thoroughly. I’ve used Stanley Steamer for a handful of years now. I’ve had many dogs come through my house so my concern of having that “pet” smell is always present. (They have always rectified the issue.) I would recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets, rugs, upholstery, etc. cleaned. This company has never given me a reason to complain. Adam Starks has horrible customer service. The service is not worth the money you spend. Do better!
