I just had the pleasure of having Cary come by and clean my basement carpet. I have a dog who unfortunately had some stomach issues and had diarrhea all over the carpet. I was able to get the smell to away, but the stains were still there. After Cary came by, he was able to make the carpet AND my couch look brand spakin new! I was both impressed by his work and professionalism. This was my first time using Stanely Steamer and they did not dissapoint!
Okay, finally got around to writing this review because I got distracted by life. Had Stanley Steemer come out and steam our carpets a couple weeks ago. Customer service was wonderful. Super nice gentleman who shampooed our carpets. I agreed to sign up for a quarterly clean before the carpets were steamed in order to get a same day discount. I watched him steam some of the carpets. He was moving pretty fast. Carpets were not pre-treated with a spray as seen in online videos and he was definitely moving faster than the videos... read more
Cary was great. Arrived early, finished on schedule, and did a wonderful job. I'll gladly use Stanley Steemer again.
