When I had our ducts cleaned years ago they pulled debris from the furnace (lowest level of 3) and it was collected into a tank on the truck. SS said they couldn't do that and instead vacuumed out each vent with a backpack vacuum. Not nearly the power/suction the truck units have. We also suffered "blowback" in our freshly remodeled home. Dust was everywhere! This doesn't happen when you pull from the furnace. And it's so much more effective. They did give us $250 gift card for future service.
