All went well…. There are still a few spots
I just purchased a home and had the carpets cleaned by Stanley Steemer. Charles was great. So polite and friendly! He arrived on time, explained the entire process to me and kept me updated along the way. He found a rust stain on the carpet in one of the guest bedroom closets and spent extra time trying to work that out. It looks much better now. He was in and out in just under an hour and did a great job. The carpets look nice and everything smells fresh and clean. I was very pleased with the service.
The employees were very professional, explained everything, were courteous and did an excellent job. Very pleased with the end result!
