The whole experience was pleasant and professional. Fast scheduling, pre visit phone calls for scheduling, and from the technician on his way. Super nice guy! Did a great job all around. I had 2 rooms cleaned and deodorized. There were pet stains and odors, which was my main concern. The carpet looks great, and no odors. Definitely would recommend to anyone, and absolutely will use them again
They picked up 2 very expensive New Zealand area rugs from our home. They arrived on schedule, did a fantastic job cleaning and delivered to our new home as promised.
After having a negative experience with a different local Duct Cleaning company, I was hesitant in calling anyone else out to clean our air ducts, but I'm so happy I did. Jack first came out to inspect our two systems to make sure they could do the work. The technician was pleasant as were the people I talked to to schedule. Buuuut the carpet looks EXACTLY the same...no color change, no stains removed. And it's been 2 days and it is still not dry...very disappointed.
