I was very happy with the service I was provided by Stanley Steamer. They were on time, called to confirm their arrival, efficient, and they educated me on other services they will be offering soon for duct cleaning. My couch looks brand new after being cleaned. I will be using them again in the future.
Save your money and your sanity. This place is a complete scam. If you're looking for service other than a simple carpet cleaning, I implore you to look elsewhere.
I called the 800 number this morning to ask about tile cleaning and sealing. Since the reviews I read were 50--50, I asked to have the Marlboro, MA call me. I had faith we could agree on both the process and quality. It seemed that anything I asked for I had to push to get even the call I am referring to. Finally I was told the manage maybe would not be able to call me. The quoted price was $340. I noted it seemed like Stanley Steamer was blowing off my business. Not sure if I pick the right address but Stanley steamer did a great job last year on our RV and this year they cleaned carpets at our park model and did the best job anyone can ask for
I planned my evening around these cleaners to come and clean the carpet, they got here and refused service because it apparently was wet, as judged by a machine they had. How much sense does that make? Zero. They were going to get it wet cleaning it anyway!well that was a waste of time. Stanley Steemer just lost a customer. Our carpets needed cleaning after all the traffic from the remodel and our carpets look and smell wonderful now! Stanley Steemer employees arrived on time and they were respectful of our furniture and newly remodeled home. I would highly recommend using Stanley Steemer to all my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for letting us feel comfortable letting the grandson play on clean carpets again!
Had my carpets cleaned and Shannon did an excellent job. He was super nice and offered tips for keeping carpets clean.
