I have had Stanley Steemer do my personal carpets a few times and I was happy with the outcome. I recently had them do a small apartment that had carpet that was mildly dirty, first time around they were about 1/2 hour late for the appt. and did a lousy job. They returned a few days later and redid the job but I think they could have been cleaner. The two gentleman on the job just seemed to be in a hurry to get the job done and didn't really care about the job they were doing.I forgot to mention that they left the door open ... read more
