Super super overpriced. Complete clowns when they came out to my house they didn't know how to quote anything and when they did it was outrageously expensive. The technician named Zane said he was a senior technician he's not and he couldn't quote the areas of the house. Zain needs to be more polite than rude. Then a manager called me to see what the problem was and they couldn't even go over the quote??
Fast friendly service! Care was taken to avoid Any marks on woodwork. Ryan took extra care while doing his job. We will certainly call Stanley Steemer for the next carpet cleaning job.
Emma was very professional and friendly. She explained everything in detail about what she was able to do and why something may not work. She answered all of my questions and left me very satisfied with the work she did. My carpets and furniture are refreshed! The result and my experience was worth the price.
