My fault. I was here the whole time and just let them work and sent them on their way. Should have made sure I understood what I was paying for or not. But it's a regretful $440 loss. Just going to have to clean all this remaining dirt myself.

We had 3 pretty grotty area rugs we inherited. Not a fan of throwing stuff out if we don't have to. Hubby cleaned them all and while cleaner, just not bright enough.
