The guys that came originally had the wrong equipment for an apartment building but quickly arranged to have the correct equipment on site. They worked quickly and the carpet looked as good as it could for it's age. Some spots could have used a little more attention and I am sure the next time (and there will be a next time!) Had Stanley Steemer out to the house to clean up behind our dog after a bought of loose bowls. You would not know the dog had issues, no stains or odors after clean up. Could not be more impressed with the work that was done, very professional, would highly recommend them.
We were more than satisfied. It was last minute, and they had an appointment. Carpets look great. Even the grungy stairs and spots in carpet were gone. Spencer was prompt, helpful, courteous and thorough. I would definitely use Stanley Steemer again.
My living room carpet had some pretty nasty stains and hadn't been cleaned in years. Though they weren't able to get all of the stains out, it look and feels 100% better than what it did. I would definitely use them again.

Stanley Steamer professionals were awesome. They went above and beyond cleaning our Brazilian Oak floors that had been damaged and were filthy beyond imagination from tenants who had 50 cats. I would highly reconmend Stanley Steamer professionals we used in our area. They far exceeded our expectations.
First time I used Stanley Steemer. My carpets were so bad I was embarrassed. The two techs that cleaned my carpets were very professional and did a wonderful job. I have two small dogs that made a mess. My carpets are now clean and smell great! I will definitely use this business again, probably in 3 or 4 months.
