Kian was great to work with- he was flexible and pleasant. I have a hard to remove counter on top of the washer/dryer but he was able to get it off to do the job and got it back on. He seems to enjoy his job and people. It was a pleasure having him in my home
This is our second time using Raul and he is absolutely the best! On time, explains everything and is so genuinely nice.
Our Tech Darren showed up on time as scheduled. I had two very different area rugs that needed cleaning and he went over the process of each one with me before he started. He tool him right at an hour to finish both area rugs and spend time explain what he did and why. Both rugs look showroom new. Honestly i was hestitant to use Stanley Steamer but my experience dispelled any hesitancy that I had. Darren and his customer service elevated the experience. I will use Stanley Steamer again for any needs.
Personable, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful. I really liked his explaining what he was doing especially when it came to cleaning the tiles. He had a lot of tile to do, he worked very hard and so pleasant doing his work. Thank you Adrian.
