My appointment was set between 8 am and 930am. They arrived at 815am ready to go. I had moved most of my furniture before they arrived. But when they got here, they set up right away, made sure they were parked in an appropriate spot, and then took care to protect my home with wall corner protectors, mat covers, etc. They asked me which trouble spots to focus on, asked about any concerns i had before they started cleaning. we had the most amazing experience with this Stanley Steemer outfit today. I have used them in Florida with great results, but until today not in California. We used another service previously (there's Chem in the name) who insisted they couldn't get the carpet any cleaner that they did.Armando and Mateo from Stanley Steemer in Azusa made our carpets look brand new. We have used Stanley Steemer a few times now. We have had nothing but great results and service. They were good with moving our furniture around and protecting things. Carpet takes a few hours to dry but the carpets are much cleaner than with other methods we have tried. If you really want to see what is pulled up look in their tank in the truck and you will be very surprised! We have a dog and a toddler so dirt is always an issue in our house.
Soaked my carpets to the padding. Did an overall bad job. I had wet carpet that smelled to high heaven for almost two weeks. This caused major inconveniences for myself and my family. The owner then gave me a useless $100 gift certificate that doesn't even cover the cost of a future cleaning. As if I'd ever trust SS to clean my carpet again or give them another penny to do so.

Their price was exactly what was quoted, they showed up when promised, even though I called at the last minute, they worked hard and did a good job. I'm a fan.
I have used them in the past several years and they have done an excellent job. I am well pleased with them.
Brought in my area rug which was 8 x 10 to get cleaned. Picked it up and it was horrible. The rug was shrunk and totally flat. Never ever going there again. Now I have to go buy a new rug. I guess that's what you get when you are only charged $16.50. Should have used that money towards a new rug.
