From calling Stanley Steemer with questions, to the actual service by my technician, every step of the way was SO easy and transparent. My technician, Thaddeus, was so kind and helpful. It really felt like he cared about concerns I had with our carpets, especially in areas that needed more care than others. He did such an amazing job! I am so happy with the clean, and would book again!

Called Stanley Steemer out to remove pet hair from my sectional. They sent Brandon and he did a fantastic job! Even mopped the floors once he was done. Felt bad, poor guy was covered in the dog hair afterwards lol.
