Fabrizio was prompt, extremely knowledgeable regarding proper flooring care, carpets and tiles look like new. He was extremely courteous. Job well done.
Darian was great. He was personable and professional. Even gave my air ducts a quick look.
Koby was outstanding. From the moment he arrived he was professional, friendly, and clearly took pride in his work. He walked me through the plan, paid extra attention to the pet stains we had flagged when booking, and treated our home with real care. The carpets in all four areas look and smell brand new — the deodorizer treatment made a huge difference. This was my first time using Stanley Steemer and it won't be the last. If you book, ask for Koby. Five stars, well earned.
Great service- job well done .
