So glad to have finally gotten my carpets cleaned! They all look really good however they are more wet than I ever dreamed they would be. So I’m looking forward to them drying quickly. Keith was very professional and explained everything he was doing really well. He did tell me that the carpets would be wet for a couple of days, but I didn’t understand that they would be as wet as they are. That would be my only complaint.
I'm not sure the duct was cleaned very well. I put my hand on a supply that wasn't taped and with the vac in operation I could feel any suction. There were several vents that were never tapped. I wanted to see the material that was removed and the tec acted like he didn't want me to see it. The man that came to estimate the job told me they would use the vac on the truck which is more powerful however when I questioned the tec he said he wasn't sure about the condition of the hoses. Vincent and Antonio did a great job on our carpets! We hope to see them again next Tuesday for hardwood floor cleaning.
