Michael was great. Did an outstanding job. Only caveat is I was not TOLD beforehand (online) that if I used a credit card they would force a charge of an additional 3%! And they added a “ minimum charge clean “ of 14.00. Never mentioned that either. Thus Michael did a nice job, I would recommend him, but the company has some bs going on!!! COMPANY CALLED me after reading this and removed the charge! So I improved the star rating!
Great experience over the phone. Very easy to book. SS was the most affordable option for my needs. When the tech, Gabriel, arrived he was very polite and let me know exactly what to expect. Very efficient and quick. Thank you, Stanley Steemer and Gabriel!
My carpets look great! The technician was awesome. He was very kind and knowledgeable.
