I am sick to my stomach, and I can not believe this has happened. I had Stanley Steamer come out to clean our carpets today. The guys cleaning Broke My Bed!!!!!!! I took pictures and called the owner Jim. I got a call back two hours later saying he would not take responsibility for this and if I needed to, I should just take him to court!!!! WHAT THE WORLD!?!?!?!?!?! So now my beautiful bed is ruined and my heart is broken. Do NOT use Stanley Steamer in Jackson, MS!!!!
