Stanley Steemer Dishonest workers I would recommend that you look elsewhere for your carpet cleaning needs. The workers come confused about the details of the work and the prices seem to vary every time you speak with someone new from the company. The main office gives one price, the island office another, and when the workers come to your house they give you yet another jacked up price. Dishonest work never pays in the longrun
Pleasantly surprised I've never used Stanley Steemer before and didn't have any idea how well they did. Most of my carpet cleaning experiences have been with Sears, but I didn't see any Sears cleaners in this area. I thought I'd give Stanley Steemer a try. One of our cats has hairballs fairly frequently and sometimes it's difficult to scrub out the stains. I was out of town and went online to make an appointment for the morning following my return. Great Company Stanley Steemer has been a big help to my company, often fitting jobs in after hours and making special arrangements. They do a fabulous job and I highy recommend them.
Customer Service Needs Improvement. I believe that Stanley Steemer does do a good job of carpet cleaning. I had an instance where they completed cleaning my carpets and left my front door wide open when they were finished. I was not at home and I came back to find that my door had been left open for several hours. I called them to express my uphappiness over this incident. They did apologize but their apologies seemed less than sincere. I would never call them again.
Like New Again Carpet Stanley Steemer offers carpet, upholstery and tile and grout cleaning. They also do smoke damage. They do a great job to your satisfaction and can remove some of the toughest stains.....even dog and cat stains! The workers are courteous and professional. They will come out and do a free estimate. Stanley offers residential and commercial cleaning.

Excellent Job This company has all the right equipment to clean your carpet or tile. my carpet came up fantastic and the grout in the tile was brilliant. The guy in charge was fantastic with his knowledge and very friendly, his helper needed a little work on friendliness, but he was knowledgeable and worked hard. I shall use them again
