I recently wrote a review on Stanley Steemer franchise in Holland, OH. They showed my location as San Francisco, CA trying to disguise the fact that the Holland franchise provided a very poor level of service at a very high cost. My carpet was left so wet that I had to use fans to try to dry some of the wetness so that it wouldn't mold. Tyler, the manager, was so proud to tell me that they use 600 psi power on the wand to deep clean. They showed up on time. After that this business is in the business of ripping clients off. $300 to steam less than 260 feet of tile, missed the most prevalent areas. Left pools of water on floor in several spots , no clean up whatsoever . Yes that's the rate for this company, but the service for tile cleaning leaves much to be desired. Go to Dollar General and do it ones self.
I have used Tallahassee Stanley Steemer for over 20 years, for my carpet, tile, grout, upholstery cleaning as well as water damage repair from my dishwasher leaking and also had my vents cleaned by them. Every single time they have showed up on time, we’re friendly and professional. Today I had my auto upholstery and carpet cleaned, Scotty and Daniel did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants a great cleaning job at a reasonable price.

I had my living room hallway and stairs cleaned 7-6. My stair risers were not shampooed and some of my living room chairs weren't cleaned underneath. I have air conditioning so it wasn't cause of the heat. Not as pleased as in the past.So maybe will be calling someone else next time.Also I had asked a area rug to be cleaned which he did not.When I brought it h young mans attention He told me everything was out away. Not happy!!
Initially we had some issues with Stanley Steemer but they promptly and carefully took care of all our concerns. It is obvious that they are a caring and reputable company who wants to keep their customers happy. We would use them again.
In the past I did not have a large machine in my condo. I am on the 6th floor and the hoses were brought up from the vehicle at ground level. The machine is very noisy. However, this aside the two gentlemen who arrived did a fantastic job and I am very satisfied with their work.
